Responsibilities

First-Class B license

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of utility maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and system updates.

Operate and monitor boiler systems and associated equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operation, promptly identifying and resolving any issues.

Read and record data from utility meters (gas, sewer, electric, and water), maintaining accurate logs for operational analysis and billing accuracy.

Implement and manage Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS) and Risk Management Plans (RMP) to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure coordinated maintenance efforts and uninterrupted system performance.

Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements, applying this knowledge to improve operations and support long-term initiatives.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working weekends
