Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to operate a L60H loader safely to add fuel to fuel chains, load trucks with chips and move fuel from block yard to fluid flame area. • Ability to make critical decisions about the process independently. • Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools such as battery drills, impact tool, ratchets wrenches, pry bar screw drivers, channel locks. • Required to cover vacation for fellow operator’s (shift will be 7pm-7am on those days). • Understand and follow the standard operating procedures for the assigned area of responsibility by reading a booklet that explains the fluid flame (required reading during work hours). The supervisor will discuss with you and help with the process. • Required to participate in safety meetings and work in a safe manner. • Willing to participate in fluid flame department scheduled shutdowns to maintenance the equipment. • Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures while reporting potential safety hazards. • Demonstrate initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work on a team. • Adhere to the company’s code of conduct. • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions and/or specifications. • Perform any other duties assigned by their supervisor or lead.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
